Tax-free stipend paid bi-weekly
A tax-free stipend for the daily care you already provide, paid out on a bi-weekly schedule. Because it is a MassHealth caregiver reimbursement, it is not counted as taxable income.
Paid training
Onboarding and continuing education are paid and scheduled around you. Learn safe transfers, medication routines, and documentation at no cost and with no lost income.
Dedicated case manager
A named case manager who knows your household. They work with the clinical staff to build the care plan, help with insurance and MassHealth paperwork, and coordinate the other services the person you care for is receiving.
Registered nurse support
An RN visits regularly, monitors health changes, and is reachable when something does not look right. Real clinical judgment, not a call center.
Bilingual staff
Case managers and nurses who speak your language, so nothing about the care plan gets lost in translation for you or the person you care for.
Technology
Daily logs, stipend pay, training, and communication with the whole team are all handled electronically via apps — not on paper and not by calling the office.

Stipend Pay
How the stipend works
There is a tax-free stipend, which we pay out on a bi-weekly schedule. The amount is set by the level of care the person you support needs, as determined by their clinical assessment. Level 1 covers assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Level 2 covers more intensive daily hands-on care.
